Green-White-Green-White-Green

When a cat crosses your path, you should take notice, whatever the circumstances, and whatever your beliefs. Because cats have their own personalities which are particularly independent and possibly irritating, but never boring.

Dogs, on the other hand... are not the same. They have a whole different set of positive and negative points!

But cats..!

Look at this little gem. Look at this cheeky little monkey!

There I was, innocently if extremely clumsily eating my falafel burger and chips thing, with ketchup and oil and all sorts of stuff dripping all over my face and my hands when this independent character decided to give me thirty seconds of pure beauty, for me to take if I deemed appropriate. That was it: 30 seconds, and not a moment longer. If I didn't get the shot, that was my problem.

So I scrabbled and scrambled, I wiped my ketchupy hands all over my jumper, I was shaking with fear that he (or she) would decide that I'd missed my chance, and BINGO, I got ONE shot - that's it. One shot. And off he went to grace other clichés.

Brilliant! did you get your falafel from round the back at metro st michel? I enjoy your sense of humor. Can I put this as a link on my own blog?

Glad you're as pleased with this shot as I am. I should probably work on it a bit more to brighten it up - it's still a bit dull.

Frankie, a link would be brilliant, thanks. I'll check your blog out now!

Sorry Frankie, yes, the falafel was from a little place on a corner of rue de la Huchette, and a really sweet little road absolutely full of restaurants. Do you know it!?!

Yes, that's the one. I usually walk miles when I am in Paris and I like to stop there to eat a falafel with my clone (the other me in the mirror)...
Have put your mad blog as a link on mine. Keep blogging!
