Yearnings of Yesteryear

The 4th arrondissement of Paris, often referred to as 'le Marais', is one of the richest and most historic in all of the city.

Strolling home last night, I passed one of the most medieval buildings in the area, and snapped it for the 'Behind Bars' section of Paris Set Me Free. It's an awesome, medieval house that you could imagine knights riding up to and flaxen-haired maidens letting their long golden locks down from.

There is indeed a rounded tower on the right, which you can't see very well in this pic but which would suit the purpose admirably... Rapunzel, where are you now..?
